A first control mechanism is cooperatively arranged in the through groove, a first placing groove is formed in the first connecting rod, a second placing groove is formed in the second connecting rod, spring telescopic rods are cooperatively arranged in the second placing groove, a second control mechanism is cooperatively arranged in the through groove, and the second control mechanism controls the two spring telescopic rods to rotate. In the temporary supporting and reinforcing process of the building, adjustment is conducted according to the length and height of the stand columns in the building, adjustment can be conducted according to the sizes of different stand columns, the temporary reinforcing and supporting requirements of different types of buildings are met, operation is easy, and the reinforcing operation time is short.
