The invention provides a graphene block, a graphene sheet, a composite graphene sheet, a device and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: vertically arranging a fiber array on a base material; coating graphene oxide slurry among the fiber arrays on the base material; drying after coating the graphene oxide slurry; coating and drying repeatedly to obtain a graphene oxide block; and carrying out heat treatment on the graphene oxide block to obtain the graphene block. According to the preparation method, a layer-by-layer stacking mode is utilized, the transverse direction of graphene is converted into the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal thermal conductivity is improved, the thermal conductivity is further enhanced by arraying fibers in the multiple graphene layers, meanwhile, the effect of improving the mechanical property is achieved, and therefore the cracking phenomenon of graphene blocks and graphene sheets is prevented.
本发明提供石墨烯块体、石墨烯片、复合石墨烯片、装置及制备方法,所制备方法包括:将纤维阵列垂直排布在基材上;在基材上纤维阵列间涂布氧化石墨烯浆料;涂布氧化石墨烯浆料后进行干燥;多次重复涂布和干燥,得到氧化石墨烯块体;对上述氧化石墨烯块体进行热处理,得到石墨烯块体。本发明利用层层堆叠的方式,将石墨烯的横向转变为纵向,提高纵向导热性,通过在多层石墨烯层中阵列纤维来进一步增强导热性,同时起到提高力学性能的效果,从而防止石墨烯块体和石墨烯片发生开裂现象。
