Fabricated airport pavement and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an assembly type airport pavement and a construction method thereof, the assembly type airport pavement comprises a plurality of prefabricated slabs, the prefabricated slabs are horizontally laid in the same plane, the side surfaces of the prefabricated slabs are provided with a plurality of stack heads and stack grooves, and the stack head of one of the adjacent prefabricated slabs is embedded in the stack groove of the other one of the adjacent prefabricated slabs. Compared with an existing cast-in-place pavement, the fabricated airport pavement has the advantages of being efficient and rapid in construction, free of influences of weather and seasons, less in field wet operation, environmentally friendly, green, low in carbon and the like. The prefabricated slabs of the assembly type airport pavement are mutually meshed and tightly connected through the stack heads and the stack grooves, the assembly type airport pavement has the advantage of precise assembly, the shear force between the prefabricated slabs is large, the integrity is good, one-time assembly construction can be completed, and compared with a traditional dowel bar type joint, multiple procedures such as secondary grout supplementing, joint filling and plastering of reserved holes can be avoided or simplified; and the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the fabricated pavement slab structure can be effectively improved.
本发明公开一种装配式机场道面及其施工方法,装配式机场道面包括:多个预制板,各所述预制板水平铺设于同一平面内,所述预制板侧面设置有多个垛头和垛槽,相邻的预制板中一者的垛头嵌入于另一者的垛槽内。本申请的装配式机场道面较现有现浇道面具有高效快速施工,不受天气、季节影响,现场湿作业少,环保、绿色、低碳等优势。本申请装配式机场道面的预制板之间通过垛头和垛槽相互咬合紧密连接,具有精准拼装优势,预制板之间剪切力大,整体性好,可一次拼装施工完成,与传统传力杆式节点相比可避免或简化对预留孔洞的二次补浆、填缝、抹面等多种工序,可有效提高装配式道面板结构的施工效率和施工质量。
