The mold bag concrete construction method comprises the following steps that a mold bag with the preset size is provided, and a first pouring opening and a second pouring opening are formed in the mold bag in the length direction of the mold bag in a spaced mode; the multiple mold bags are sewn and then laid on the slope surface in the preset direction, so that the first pouring opening is close to the slope bottom and located below the water surface, and the second pouring opening is close to the slope top; concrete pouring is conducted on the first pouring opening and the second pouring opening in sequence in the direction from the slope bottom to the slope top till the mold bag reaches the preset plumpness; the mold bag is tamped, so that the interior of the mold bag is evenly filled with the concrete; and the surface of the mold bag is washed till moisture and air in the mold bag are fully discharged, and then concrete pouring is conducted again till the mold bag is full. According to the method, segmented pouring is conducted through the two pouring openings, pouring is paused after pouring is conducted to the preset plumpness, and the mold bags are subjected to tamping, flushing and other operations, so that concrete can be laid in the mold bags more evenly, and the slope protection effect of the mold bags is improved.
