The invention discloses a post-cast strip construction technology and a basement drainage pressure relief structure. The post-cast strip construction technology comprises the following steps that earthwork is excavated, graded broken stone is backfilled, and a seepage ditch is formed; a drainage pipe is buried in the sewer, and a pressure relief device is placed; a cushion layer is poured in the seepage ditch, and first cushion layers located on the two sides of the seepage ditch and a second cushion layer located in the seepage ditch are formed; reinforced concrete is poured on the first cushion layer to form a bottom plate; chiseling construction is conducted on the side face, adjacent to the second cushion layer, of the bottom plate; and water pumping and pressure relief are conducted on the lower portion of the cushion layer through the pressure relief device, and post-cast strip pouring is conducted. The seepage ditch with the drainage pipe is arranged below the post-cast strip, and the pressure relief device is arranged in the seepage ditch, so that underground water below the cushion layer can be discharged through the drainage pipe and the pressure relief device, the pressure of the underground water on the cushion layer is reduced, and the problem that leakage is likely to occur before and after construction of the construction part of the post-cast strip is solved.
本发明公开一种后浇带施工工艺和地下室疏水泄压结构,后浇带施工工艺包括下列步骤:开挖土方并回填级配碎石形成渗沟;在渗沟中埋设排水管,并安放泄压装置;在渗沟中浇筑垫层,形成位于渗沟两侧的第一垫层和位于所述渗沟中的第二垫层;在第一垫层上浇注钢筋砼形成底板;在底板与第二垫层相邻的侧面进行凿毛施工;通过泄压装置对垫层下部进行抽水泄压并进行后浇带浇筑。本发明通过在后浇带的下方设置带有排水管的渗沟以及在渗沟中设置泄压装置,可通过排水管和泄压装置将垫层下的地下水排出,减小地下水对垫层的压力,以解决后浇带的施工部位施工前后容易出现渗漏的问题。
