The invention provides a work assistance server and a work assistance system. An operator of a remote operation device can identify which of the remote operation device a work machine displayed on an output interface constituting the remote operation device is a remote operation object. For example, a first work environment image indicating a work site situation acquired by an imaging device mounted on a work machine is output at an output interface constituting a plurality of remote operation devices. In response to an identification image request accompanied by an identifier from a first remote operation device, it is determined whether or not a real machine image (Qi) belonging to the cooperative work machine identified by the identifier is included in the first work environment image. When the real machine image (Qi) belongs to the cooperative work machine, a first identification image is output to an output interface of at least one of the first and second remote operation devices. The first identification image indicates that the real machine image (Qi) is the information of the cooperative working machine.
