The invention provides a construction process of a side slope angle bead in unfavorable geology, which comprises the following steps of: arranging a cofferdam as a settling pond for blowing and filling mud on a good geology section or a channel bank at the downstream of a channel; carrying out water conservancy scouring and desilting on the unfavorable geological section until the channel bottom reaches the designed elevation, pumping the scoured slurry into a sedimentation tank, and carrying out dry digging and discarding after sedimentation, drainage and airing; the channel slope is leveled on the channel bank according to the slope ratio required by design through equipment such as an excavator; measuring and setting out are conducted on the angle bead, a baffle is placed at the bottom of the channel, and a tubular chute is manufactured and placed on the side slope of the channel; cement is conveyed to the corner protector through a chute slide way, and a vibrating rod is manually held by a hand to stir sludge and cement at the corner protector; mesh pieces are arranged, two rows of reinforcing mesh pieces are vertically arranged at the corner protectors, and the reinforcing mesh pieces are arranged on the lower layer through a handheld vibrating rod; and after the strength of the angle bead meets the design requirement, the baffle is detached. And the construction cost of the corner protector is reduced and the construction safety is improved by performing cement stirring and curing on the corner protector.
本发明提供了不良地质的边坡护角的施工工艺,包括:在渠道下游地质良好段或渠道岸上设置围堰,作为吹填泥浆的沉淀池;对不良地质段进行水利冲刷清淤,至渠底达到设计标高,将冲刷出的泥浆抽入沉淀池,经沉淀排水晾晒后干挖弃置;利用挖机等设备在渠道岸上按设计要求坡比整平渠道边坡;对护角进行测量放线,在渠底放置挡板,并制作溜槽,溜槽为管状,放置于渠道边坡上;将水泥通过溜槽滑道运输至护角处,人工手持振捣棒对护角处淤泥和水泥进行搅拌;设置网片、护角处竖向设置两排钢筋网片,并通过手持振捣棒帮助钢筋网片下层;待护角强度达到设计要求后,拆除挡板。通过对护角进行水泥搅拌固化的方式降低了护角施工的成本和提高了施工的安全性。
