The invention discloses an intelligent collaborative rural water regulating valve which comprises a communicating pipe, a water regulating tank, a transmission assembly and a water inlet tank. The water inlet tank is arranged on one side of the channel and communicated with the channel through a pipeline, and a gate is arranged at a pipeline opening. The water adjusting tank is arranged on one side of the water inlet tank, and a floating plate is arranged in the water adjusting tank and connected with the gate through a transmission assembly. The water regulating tank and the far-end block field are connected through a shallowly-buried communicating pipe to form a communicating device structure; when the liquid level in the water transfer tank is lower than a preset position, the floating plate drives the transmission assembly to open the gate; when the liquid level in the water transfer tank reaches a preset position, the floating plate which floats upwards drives the transmission assembly to close the gate. Automatic control of irrigation water in the block field is achieved, irrigation is accurate, and cost is low.
