An unpowered continuous flow volumetric rainfall collecting device comprises a water collecting funnel, a collecting tank and a collecting cup set, the water collecting funnel is detachably arranged above the collecting tank, the water collecting tank is inclined, a plurality of water outlets which are horizontally arranged and are as wide as the collecting tank are formed in the bottom of the water collecting tank, and the collecting cup set comprises a plurality of cup bodies. The cup bodies are arranged below the water outlets and used for collecting rainwater flowing out of the collecting groove, water retaining covers are rotatably arranged on the inner walls of the water outlets, the water retaining covers are rotatably arranged in the water outlets through torsional springs and are in a vertical state, and a plurality of floating balls are arranged at the bottoms of the water retaining covers along the edge of one side of the rotating center. Rainwater is collected into the collecting groove through the water collecting funnel and flows into the cup bodies of the collecting cup set through the water outlet, and when the water level in the cup bodies rises, the buoyancy of the floating ball can overcome the elastic force of the torsional spring to rotate the water retaining cover from the vertical state to the horizontal state, so that rainwater collection is completed, and water flows into the downstream cup bodies. Rainwater collection of different capacities is achieved.
