本发明公开了一种轻质隔墙板安装施工装置及其施工方法，包括底架，所述底架的两侧设置有竖直设置的侧车身钢管，两根所述侧车身钢管的顶部均固定连接有倾斜长钢管，所述倾斜长钢管的另一端与所述底架的顶部固定连接，两根所述倾斜长钢管之间连接有多根承载钢管，多根所述承载钢管用于操作人员攀爬。本发明通过吊钩钩取轻质隔墙板，接着通过电动葫芦、钢丝绳和定滑轮的配合实现轻质隔墙板上升，相比现有技术，替代了人工施工，大大节约劳动力的使用，且本装置可长久使用；通过锁止万向轮可移动本装置的位置，根据点位，可实现定位准确，进而方便安装拆除；本装置全部采用全钢铁或铝合金打造，不易损坏，可长久使用。
