The boot top comprises a boot top lower part and a boot top upper part which are connected into a whole; the boot top lower part is cylindrical, the diameter of the boot top lower part is the same as that of the top end of the boot vamp, and the bottom end of the boot top lower part is connected with the top end of the boot vamp; the boot top upper portion is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the diameter of the bottom end of the boot top upper portion is the same as that of the boot top lower portion. And the bottom ends of four main chord pipes of the truss type pile leg are uniformly distributed and fixed on the boot vamp. According to the invention, the penetrating resistance of the pile shoe can be reduced, the resistance influence of seabed soil on the pile shoe can be reduced, and the pile shoe can be quickly pulled out.
