The dewatering and drainage system comprises a waterproof curtain, a vacuum electro-osmosis combined type foundation pit dewatering and drainage system and a drainage system, the drainage ditches are arranged around the foundation pit; the water collecting well is arranged at the bottom of the foundation pit; the electroosmosis precipitation area comprises a plurality of electroosmosis well points, the plurality of electroosmosis well points are distributed at intervals, and each electroosmosis well point comprises a cathode tube and an anode tube; the cathode tube comprises a steel tube and a four-way tube, the four-way tube is connected with the top of the steel tube, a detachable sealing cover is arranged at the upper end of the four-way tube, and a filter is arranged at the bottom of the steel tube; the side wall openings between every two adjacent four-way pipes are communicated through a water pumping pipe; all the electro-osmosis well points are connected with a power supply; the first vacuum water pump is used for communicating the water pumping pipe with the water collecting well; the second vacuum water suction pump is used for communicating the water collecting well with the reservoir; methods of use are also included. By the adoption of the dewatering and drainage system and the using method thereof, the advantages of a light well point, a vacuum tube well and an electroosmosis well point can be integrated, and the dewatering effect is improved.
