The point position adjusting device comprises a target point position which is used for positioning or installing a measuring device; the leveling assembly comprises a leveling plane, and the target point position is located on the leveling plane; the height adjusting assemblies are arranged below the leveling surface and support the leveling surface, the height adjusting assemblies can adjust the height of the leveling surface at the supporting part, and the two or more sets of height adjusting assemblies are arranged to adjust the heights of different positions on the leveling surface; and the horizontal moving assembly is arranged below the leveling assembly and supports the leveling assembly, and the horizontal moving assembly can adjust the position of the leveling assembly in the horizontal direction. The point location transfer device can quickly adjust the position of the target point location, and is convenient to operate and high in precision.
