The invention relates to the technical field of steel structures, in particular to an anti-seismic steel structure which comprises a mounting seat, a damping mechanism and a fixing mechanism which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The damping mechanism comprises a fixing plate installed on the fixing mechanism, a rotating plate rotationally connected to the fixing mechanism and a driving assembly used for driving the rotating plate to turn over on the vertical face, a plurality of elastic telescopic rods are arranged on the fixing plate in a sliding and penetrating mode in the vertical direction, and the upper ends of all the elastic telescopic rods are detachably connected with the same connecting plate; the connecting plate is connected to the mounting seat through the connecting column; the rotating plate rotatably abuts against the lower ends of all the elastic telescopic rods, and when the rotating plate abuts against the lower ends of all the elastic telescopic rods, all the elastic telescopic rods are in a compressed state; and a liftable supporting mechanism is mounted on the fixing plate and can be used for supporting the mounting seat. The buffering and damping effects of the anti-seismic steel structure can be guaranteed.
