The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a wall body building perpendicularity control tool and a building perpendicularity control method.The wall body building perpendicularity control tool is used for being installed on a structural beam above a wall body to be built and comprises a pair of beam clamping plates which are parallel to each other and used for clamping the structural beam and at least one fastening steel wire; an anti-skid plate for increasing friction force is arranged on the inner surface of the beam clamping plate; the two ends of the fastening steel wire are connected with the two beam clamping plates respectively, the middle section of the fastening steel wire is parallel to the horizontal plane, and at least two hanging lines provided with heavy hammers in a hanging mode are hung on the middle section of the fastening steel wire. The hanging line is hung on the structural beam through the fastening steel wire and the beam clamping plate, and the hanging line is higher than the top surface of the wall body to be built, so that multiple times of line hanging or frequent use of a guiding rule to check the perpendicularity of the masonry along with the increase of the height of the masonry in the building process are not needed, and the hanging line can be always used as a vertical datum line to control the perpendicularity of the masonry; and the masonry efficiency is ensured, and the masonry quality of the wall body is also ensured.
