The invention discloses a wet-process fiber-reinforced high-temperature-resistant aerogel product and a preparation method thereof. The wet-process fiber-reinforced high-temperature-resistant aerogel product comprises a high-temperature-resistant aerogel felt, and the high-temperature-resistant aerogel felt is prepared by spraying an inorganic adhesive solution onto a wet-process fiber net, adding a catalyst, catalyzing and gelling to obtain a gel material; dipping the gel material into the sol, gelling and drying to obtain the high-temperature-resistant aerogel felt. The inorganic adhesive solution is silica sol, and the sol is alumina sol; or the inorganic adhesive solution is aluminum sol, and the sol is silicon dioxide sol. According to the method, the phenomenon of'glue outlet 'of the wet-process fiber felt in the dewatering and drying process can be avoided; on the other hand, the compactness of the composite material is further improved, so that the denser structure can reduce the phenomenon of structural collapse at high temperature, and the aerogel is prevented from generating larger shrinkage at high temperature.
本发明公开一种湿法纤维增强的耐高温气凝胶产品及其制备方法,湿法纤维增强的耐高温气凝胶产品包括耐高温气凝胶毡,所述耐高温气凝胶毡通过向湿法纤维网上喷洒无机粘合剂溶液,加入催化剂,经催化、凝胶制备得到凝胶材料;凝胶材料再浸渍溶胶,经凝胶、干燥制备得到耐高温气凝胶毡;所述无机粘合剂溶液为硅溶胶,所述溶胶为氧化铝溶胶;或者所述无机粘合剂溶液为铝溶胶,所述溶胶为二氧化硅溶胶。本发明可以避免湿法纤维毡在疏水、干燥过程中出现“出胶现象”;另一方面进一步增加复合材料的密实程度,这样比较密实的结构可以降低在高温下结构坍塌的现象,避免高温下气凝胶产生较大的收缩。
