The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-strength and high-toughness graphene composite film. A high-strength graphene oxide composite film is prepared by adding an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide polymer to improve the flowability and ductility of a solution and adopting a film paving and drying method, then the graphene oxide composite film is subjected to in-situ reduction on a substrate, a certain tension effect is applied to the composite film, stress relaxation is prevented, and the graphene oxide composite film is prepared. The strength and the toughness of the graphene composite film are further improved. Meanwhile, according to the method, a large number of long molecular chain entanglement is introduced between graphene sheet layers, and the breaking strength and the breaking toughness of the composite film are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种高强高韧石墨烯复合薄膜的制备方法。通过加入超高分子量的聚氧化乙烯聚合物,提高溶液的流动性和延展性,采用铺膜干燥法,制备出高强度氧化石墨烯复合薄膜,然后将氧化石墨烯复合薄膜在基底上原位还原,给复合薄膜施加一定的张力作用,防止应力松弛,进一步提高石墨烯复合薄膜的强度和韧性。同时,该方法向石墨烯片层间引入大量的长分子链缠结,极大地提高了复合薄膜的断裂强度和断裂韧性。
