Fair-faced concrete and production process thereof
The invention relates to bare concrete and a production process thereof. The bare concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 416-436 parts of cement; 37 to 57 parts of mineral powder; 726 to 746 parts of machine-made sand; 966 to 986 parts of broken stone; 165 to 185 parts of water; 9.88 to 11.88 parts of a water reducing agent; 10 to 15 parts of polyvinylidene chloride fiber; 20-30 parts of a dense filler; 5-10 parts of an organic silicon resin emulsion; 3 to 5 parts of hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin; and 1-3 parts of methyl cellulose. The production process comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing the organic silicon resin emulsion, the hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin, the methyl cellulose and the dense filler to obtain a dense mixture; s2, uniformly mixing cement, mineral powder, a water reducing agent and water to obtain cement slurry; s3, uniformly mixing the machine-made sand, the gravels, the dense mixture, the polyvinylidene chloride fibers and the cement slurry to obtain the concrete mixture. The method has the effect of improving the impermeability of the fair-faced concrete.
