The invention provides an inorganic special self-leveling mortar technology which comprises the following steps: adding a rheological additive into self-leveling mortar on the basis of an inorganic gel material, a filler, sand, redispersible latex powder and cellulose ether; the invention relates to a water-based paint which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 35-42% of inorganic gel, 15-20% of filler, 35-45% of sand, 1-3% of redispersible latex powder, 0.05-0.1% of cellulose ether and 0.03-0.05% of rheological additive, and the rheological additive is composed of any two of modified bentonite, modified montmorillonite, guar gum and xanthan gum according to the mass ratio of (1-2): 1. The inorganic gelling agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 25 percent of ordinary silicate cement, 11 to 12 percent of aluminate cement and 4 to 5 percent of gypsum. Furthermore, the strength grade of the common silicate cement is P.O42.5, the aluminate cement is one or two of sulfur aluminum cement and high aluminum cement, and the gypsum is anhydrous gypsum, semi-hydrated gypsum and synthesized self-leveling mortar.
