Provided are a method for producing a carbon fiber sheet, a carbon fiber sheet, and a solid-state battery that solve the problem of poor electrode characteristics due to insufficient dispersibility of carbon fibers in a solvent in a battery electrode in which a short-fiber-shaped carbon fiber component is coated by a wet method. The method for producing a carbon fiber sheet comprises: a step for mixing a plurality of carbon fibers and a bonding material for bonding the carbon fibers by means of a mixing unit (50); a step in which the plurality of carbon fibers and the bonding material, which have been mixed, are deposited by a deposition unit (60); and a step for forming a fiber sheet by heating the deposits deposited by the deposition unit by means of a forming unit (80) provided with a heating unit (84).
