The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, construction equipment comprising a pile machine and an air compressor is arranged at a pile position; 2, according to the insertion depth of the pile pipe and the soil weight of the soil layer at the depth, the soil confining pressure intensity of the soil layer at the depth position is calculated, and the pressure value applied by an air compressor is obtained; thirdly, the pile pipe is vibrated and sunk till the pile tip reaches the designed elevation; fourthly, a set amount of gravel materials are added into the pile pipe, then a feeding port is closed, and then an air compressor is started to add air into the pile pipe through an upper air inlet and a lower air inlet in the pile pipe; fifthly, the pile pipe is lifted, in the process, an air compressor is always kept in an air-entrapping state, a discharging movable opening of the pile tip is automatically opened under the combined action of the air pressure in the pile pipe and the gravity of the gravel materials, and the gravel materials in the pile pipe fall into the pile hole; and when the pile pipe is lifted to the pile tip to the pile top, the air compressor is closed until the pile tip is lifted to the position above the ground, and the gravel materials in the pile pipe are completely unloaded.
