The space between a water outlet of the drainage pipe and the water filter pipe is filled with the filling filter material, a plurality of rows of water seepage holes distributed in a surrounding mode are formed in the drainage pipe, and every two adjacent rows of water seepage holes are alternately distributed in the axial direction of the drainage pipe. According to the technical scheme, underground water flowing into the dewatering well from the drainage pipe can be filtered, foreign matter impurities brought into the dewatering well are reduced, the influence of the foreign matter impurities on extraction and drainage is reduced, and the extraction quality and efficiency are improved.
