The problems that a large number of impurities in a base plane cannot be removed due to the adoption of the anti-cracking means, and the terrace is easy to crack after undergoing thermal expansion and cold contraction and pressure due to the adoption of the anti-cracking means, so that the appearance of the terrace is influenced, and certain dangerousness is also caused are solved.
