Reinforcing method for increasing cross section of single-column pier
The invention provides a single-column pier section increasing reinforcing method which is used for thickening a single-column pier of a bridge, enhancing the structural strength of the single-column pier and enhancing supporting of a bridge body, a steel casing, a multi-angle supporting steel cover beam and a foot pier are included, the sectional area of the single-column pier and the supporting strength of a trunk of the single-column pier are increased through a steel reinforcement cage, the steel casing and the foot pier, and therefore the single-column pier is reinforced. Meanwhile, by supporting the steel cover beam at multiple angles, multi-point supporting of the bridge body is achieved, and the risk of overturning of the bridge body is greatly reduced. The steel casing and the reinforced concrete layer are integrally formed and do not need to be disassembled, the sectional area of the single-column pier is increased through the steel casing and the reinforced concrete layer together, then the structural strength and the bending moment resistance value of the single-column pier are enhanced, and bending shear damage caused to the bridge pier column is reduced.
本发明提供了一种独柱墩增大截面加固方法,用于对桥梁的独柱墩增粗并加强其结构强度,以及增强对桥体的支护,包括钢护筒、多角度支撑钢盖梁以及足墩,通过钢筋笼、钢护筒和足墩,来增大独柱墩的截面积,以及其躯干的支撑强度,进而提高独柱墩的支撑上限,同时通过多角度支撑钢盖梁,实现对桥体的多点支撑,大大降低了桥体倾覆的风险。钢护筒与钢筋混凝土层一体成型,不用拆卸,与钢筋混凝土层共同增大了独柱墩的截面积,进而增强了独柱墩的结构强度和抗弯矩值,减小了造成桥梁墩柱的弯剪破坏。
