Construction technology of assembly type tenon-and-mortise connection caisson
The invention discloses a construction process of a fabricated mortise and tenon joint caisson. A bottom plate prefabricated plate, side wall prefabricated plates, outer partition wall prefabricated plates, inner partition wall prefabricated plates and stand columns are included. The specific construction process comprises the following steps: 1) prefabricating the precast slabs and the upright posts; (2) the prefabricated slabs and the stand columns are transported; (3) mounting a bottom plate prefabricated slab; (4) mounting a stand column; (5) inner partition wall prefabricated slabs are installed; and (6) side wall prefabricated slabs are installed. A traditional idea that a single caisson is prefabricated, transported and installed separately is broken through, the whole wharf structure is assembled through the standard prefabricated plates and the stand columns, all the prefabricated plates and the stand columns are connected through mortises and tenons to form a box type whole, and the soil retaining and load bearing functions of the wharf structure are achieved. Standardized prefabricated parts are assembled in the length range of the wharf, so that the requirements on the width, the length and the like of the caisson do not exist, the assembly parts can be prefabricated in a standardized manner, and a template and a bottom tire do not need to be modified.
本发明公开一种装配式榫卯连接沉箱的施工工艺,包括底板预制板、侧墙预制板、外隔墙预制板、内隔墙预制板和立柱;具体施工工艺的步骤如下:1)预制板及立柱预制;2)预制板及立柱出运;3)底板预制板安装;4)立柱安装;5)内隔墙预制板安装;6)侧墙预制板安装。本发明突破了传统的单个沉箱分别预制、出运、安装的思路,将整个码头结构采用标准化预制板块及立柱装配,各预制板及立柱间采用榫卯连接形成箱型整体,实现码头结构挡土、承重的功能。码头长度范围采用标准化预制构件组拼,所以不存在对沉箱宽度、长度等方面的要求,装配构件可以标准化预制,无需改制模板及底胎。
