The invention discloses a construction method of a fabricated energy-saving building, which belongs to the technical field of building construction and comprises the following steps: step 1, splicing and fixedly mounting a plurality of prefabricated wallboards at a construction site to form a building body; secondly, the filter box is installed in a fresh air box, then the fresh air box and a draught fan are installed on the top of the building body, and an air outlet pipe of the draught fan communicates with the fresh air box; thirdly, one end of the ventilation pipe is installed on the building body through a fixing mechanism, so that the building body and the fresh air box communicate with the ventilation pipe; fourthly, a water storage box is fixedly installed on the top of the building body, a cooling pipe is wound around the ventilation pipe, and pipe openings in the two ends of the cooling pipe communicate with the water storage box; and fifthly, a water suction pump is installed on the cooling pipe. The draught fan drives airflow to enter the building body from the ventilation pipe, the ventilation effect on the interior of the building body can be achieved, and the purpose of improving the living experience of residents in the building is achieved.
