The prefabricated culvert construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a foundation pit is excavated in the ground of a culvert according to a design drawing; s2, a concrete cushion layer is poured in the foundation pit; s3, the culvert prefabricated part is hoisted into the culvert for segment installation; the culvert prefabricated part comprises a prefabricated top plate, a prefabricated bottom plate and prefabricated side plates; the mounting sequence of the culvert prefabricated parts is that the prefabricated side plates, the prefabricated top plate and the prefabricated bottom plate are sequentially arranged; s4, a cast-in-place bottom plate is poured on the prefabricated bottom plate; and S5, after waterproof treatment is conducted on the plates in the culvert, abutment back backfilling is conducted. Factory centralized processing, storage and maintenance are adopted, scattered construction is changed into factory centralized construction, manpower, material resources and financial resources are greatly saved, the construction quality is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明公开了一种预制涵洞施工工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、根据设计图纸在涵洞的地面开挖基坑;S2、在基坑浇筑混凝土垫层;S3、将涵洞预制件吊装至涵洞内进行节段安装;涵洞预制件包括预制顶板、预制底板和预制侧板;涵洞预制件的安装顺序依次为预制侧板、预制顶板和预制底板;S4、在预制底板上浇筑现浇底板;S5、对涵洞内的板件防水处理后进行台背回填。采用工厂化集中加工、存储、养护,变分散施工为工厂化集中施工,大大节约了人力、物力、财力,提高了施工质量,降低了施工成本,缩短了施工工期。
