A water surface cleaning ship comprises a ship body, a garbage collecting device, a micro-pollution cleaning device and a power system. The hull is provided with a front groove and a rear cabin, the front part of the hull is provided with a water inlet communicated with the front groove, and the filter screen is fixed below the water inlet in the front groove; and the garbage collecting device, the micro-pollution cleaning device and the power system are arranged in the rear cabin. According to the invention, pollutants and micro-plastics in a large range can be salvaged, adsorption, filtration and recovery are integrated into a whole, and convenient and effective water area pollution treatment is realized; according to the invention, multiple water surface cleaning modes are integrated; the front end is a large garbage collection device; and the micro-pollution cleaning device is arranged at the rear end, so that the efficiency of water surface cleaning work is improved, and the current environmental protection requirement can be well met.
