Small-diameter pile foundation construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a small-diameter pile foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, adopting artificial slurry as a slurry protection wall; s2, a drill bit, with the first diameter, of a rotary drilling machine is adopted for digging to the set depth, and then a pile casing is buried; replacing the drill bit with the first diameter with a drill bit with the diameter smaller than the first diameter by using an original drill rod, and performing rotary excavating to the designed elevation of the pile top; and finally, a long spiral drill bit with the diameter smaller than the second diameter is adopted for digging to the pile bottom, the construction method that one pile is dug every other pile is adopted in the construction process of the rotary drilling machine, and the pile center distance during construction is set to be two times of the designed pile center distance. S3, hole cleaning is conducted through a slurry changing method; s4, the multiple sections of guide pipes are sequentially connected and then installed in the drill hole; s5, underwater concrete is poured; s6, the slurry is discharged into a slurry pool to be treated and then recycled or cleared away and discharged out of a site; and S7, the pile casing is dismantled. According to the construction method of the small-diameter pile foundation, the phenomenon of pile breakage caused by extrusion stress generated by the pile can be avoided, and pile position deviation is avoided.
