The invention discloses a detachable prefabricated reinforced concrete beam-steel column connecting joint and a repairing method thereof.The method comprises the following steps that (1) the part, provided with a cover plate shearing force connecting piece II, of a cover plate II is cut off, and meanwhile a bolt between a turned edge externally wrapped with U-shaped steel and the cover plate II is unscrewed; and (2) concrete is poured after the damaged cover plate II and the connecting area are removed. And (3) the bolts of the groove bottom shearing force connecting pieces are screwed open. And (4) replacing a new cover plate II, a new cover plate shearing force connecting piece II and a plurality of groove bottom shearing force connecting pieces. And (5) a cavity H defined by the new cover plate II and the old outer wrapping U-shaped steel is refilled with the connecting area, then concrete is poured, and repairing construction is completed. The connecting joint of the steel structure column and the prefabricated concrete beam is detachably connected through the bolts, rapid replacement of damaged parts of the joint after an earthquake is facilitated, the post-disaster reconstruction speed is increased, and the post-disaster reconstruction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种可拆卸的预制钢筋混凝土梁‑钢柱连接节点及其修复方法,该方法包括以下步骤:1)割开盖板Ⅱ设置有盖板剪力连接件Ⅱ的部分,同时拧开外包U型钢的卷边和盖板Ⅱ之间的螺栓。2)去除损坏的盖板Ⅱ和连接区后浇筑混凝土。3)拧开槽底剪力连接件的螺栓。4)换上新的盖板Ⅱ、盖板剪力连接件Ⅱ以及若干槽底剪力连接件。5)在新的盖板Ⅱ和旧外包U型钢围成的腔体H内重新填充连接区后浇筑混凝土,完成修复施工。本发明钢结构柱与预制混凝土梁的连接节点采用螺栓进行可拆卸连接,便于震后节点损坏部件的快速更换,提升了灾后重建速度,减少了灾后重建成本。
