Method for reducing dust through perforation blasting of strip mine
The invention discloses a strip mine perforation blasting dust fall method which comprises the following steps: acquiring image information of an acquisition surface by using an ultrasonic imager on a center line 50-100m away from the acquisition surface; the positions of the blast holes are determined on the collecting face, the explosive pre-burying plane is determined according to operation requirements, and therefore the depth of each blast hole is obtained. Liquid bridge force is generated through water pre-wetting of the collecting face and contact of water and dust, so that dust can be more effectively adsorbed, the position precision of a blast hole can be improved, drilling errors can be reduced, the use amount of explosives can be effectively reduced by determining the drilling position and depth according to information of the past collecting face, generated energy is reduced, and the drilling efficiency is improved. Under the condition that the ore quality requirement is guaranteed, during production and blasting of reducing dust again, water mist generated by the first water seal bag and the second water seal bag can be combined with the dust to reduce the dust, so that the dust generated by blasting is reduced, the dust can be rapidly reduced to the national standard value, and dust diffusion is reduced.
本申请公开了一种露天矿穿孔爆破降尘的方法,包括:在距离采集面的50‑100m中心线上,利用超声波成像仪获取采集面图像信息;在采集面上确定炮孔位置,根据作业要求确定炸药预埋平面,从而获得各炮孔的深度。本发明中通过水预湿采集面,水和粉尘的接触产生了液桥力,从而能够更有效的吸附粉尘,通过过去采集面的信息,确定钻孔位置和深度,既能提高炮孔的位置精度,又能减少钻孔误差,还能有效的减少炸药使用量,从而减少产生能量,在保证矿石质量要求的情况下,再次降低灰尘的生产,爆破时,能够利用第一水封袋和第二水封袋产生的水雾与灰尘结合,减少灰尘,从而减少爆破产生的灰尘,能够快速的将灰尘降至国家标准值,减少灰尘扩散。
