The invention provides an asphalt heating and stirring device which comprises a heating pot and a stirring assembly and further comprises a steam generation system, the heating pot is of an interlayer structure, the steam generation system is communicated with an interlayer of the heating pot through a steam inlet pipe, and the stirring assembly comprises a stirring frame, two rotating shafts, a belt and a motor. The two rotating shafts are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the stirring frame; the steam generation system is communicated with the rotating shafts through second steam inlet pipes; the heating pot comprises a pot body and a pot cover; the bottom end of the stirring frame is connected to the bottom of the pot body through a rotating shaft; the top end of the stirring frame is connected to the pot cover through another rotating shaft, the rotating shaft at the top end of the stirring frame is connected with an output shaft of the motor through a belt, in actual use, water vapor circulating in the stirring frame and water vapor circulating in the interlayer of the pot body can fully heat asphalt in the heating pot, and the heat preservation effect is good; the heating cost is low, and popularization and use are worthy.
本发明提供了一种沥青加热搅拌装置，包括加热锅和搅拌组件，还包括蒸汽发生系统，加热锅为夹层结构，蒸汽发生系统通过蒸汽进入管与加热锅的夹层相连通，搅拌组件包括搅拌框、两个旋转轴、皮带和电机，两个旋转轴分别设置在搅拌框的上下两端，蒸汽发生系统通过第二蒸汽进入管与所述旋转轴连通；加热锅包括锅体和锅盖，搅拌框底端通过一个旋转轴接设在锅体的底部；搅拌框顶端通过另一个旋转轴接设在锅盖上，搅拌框顶端的旋转轴通过皮带与所述电机的输出轴相连，在实际使用中，搅拌框内部循环的水蒸气以及锅体夹层内循环的水蒸气，可以对加热锅内部的沥青进行充分加热，保温效果良好，且加热成本低，值得推广使用。
