The invention discloses a road shoulder sand-free macroporous concrete slip-form construction process which comprises the following steps: preparing, verifying a working surface, cleaning and leveling the working surface which is qualified through verification, then carrying out surveying and lofting, and marking a height-marking pile for hanging a line; concrete mixing is conducted, specifically, feeding production is conducted in a mixing station strictly according to the construction mixing ratio provided by a laboratory, transportation is conducted through a transfer trolley, and materials are distributed into a paving device after the materials reach the site; and slip form paving is conducted, specifically, a formwork is customized in advance according to the design requirement and the shape, and the formwork is installed on a paver in the slip form paving process. Aiming at the problems of low manual construction efficiency, difficulty in formwork erection, poor appearance quality and the like of the sand-free macroporous concrete of the road shoulder, the invention provides a slip form construction technology of the sand-free macroporous concrete of the road shoulder, the defects of manual construction of the sand-free macroporous concrete of the road shoulder are overcome, and the slip form construction technology is high in construction efficiency, high in mechanization degree, less in manual cooperation and straight, smooth and attractive in line type.
