The invention provides a recyclable static pressure embedded water and soil pressure testing device and a use method thereof. The device comprises a mounting assembly, a plurality of pressure gauges and a plurality of acquisition lines, the installation assembly comprises a sensor fixing piece and two connectors, the connectors are connected to the two ends of the sensor fixing piece, the sensor fixing piece and the connectors are matched in a hollow mode to form a circuit channel, and external threads are formed in the connectors; a plurality of sensor mounting holes are formed in the periphery of the sensor fixing piece, and the pressure gauges are fixed in the sensor mounting holes; and the acquisition lines penetrate through the line channels and are respectively connected with the pressure gauges. According to the recyclable static pressure embedded type water and soil pressure testing device and the using method thereof, pore water pressure gauges and soil pressure gauges can be flexibly installed in four lateral directions, disturbance to undisturbed soil can be greatly reduced through static pressure embedding, the device can be pulled out through equipment after measurement of a project is completed, and the testing efficiency is greatly improved. And the device can be recycled after calibration.
