The invention discloses a rainwater collecting and self-cleaning device which comprises a keel framework which is of a frame structure, the outer contour of the keel framework is in a cuboid shape, one end of the keel framework is connected with a building body through a detachable fixing piece, and the other end of the keel framework is connected with a signage advertising board; the top plate is arranged at the top end of the keel framework in the vertical direction, and a water outlet is formed in the top plate; the bottom plate is arranged at the bottom end of the keel framework in the vertical direction, and the water pump is arranged on the bottom plate; the collecting tank is arranged between the signage advertising board and the building main body and comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, and the water inlet is connected with the water outlet through a first pipeline; the water outlet is connected with one end of the water pump through a second pipeline, the other end of the water pump is connected with the water injection nozzle through a third pipeline, and the water injection nozzle faces the signage advertising board. According to the scheme, the structure is simple, mounting and dismounting are easy, and meanwhile the effects of rain prevention, self-cleaning, fire prevention and high-altitude falling prevention can be achieved.
