An artificial stone prepared from coal gangue and fly ash is characterized by comprising 55-65 parts of quartz sand powder, 15-30 parts of coal gangue, 25-40 parts of modified fly ash, 2-5 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 2-4 parts of an exciting agent, the reinforcing agent is prepared by the following steps: S1, adding metakaolin into a reaction kettle, operating at a low speed to stir the metakaolin, then slowly adding modified epoxy resin, slowly and uniformly stirring for not less than 6 minutes, and then stirring at a high speed for 10 minutes to obtain a mixture; according to the artificial stone, the metakaolin is modified, then the modified fly ash is added into the quartz sand powder, the strength of the artificial stone can be effectively improved, the coal gangue and the modified fly ash serve as main raw materials to replace part of natural ore, resource utilization of solid waste is achieved, and meanwhile consumption of the natural ore is reduced.
本发明提供了一种利用煤矸石、粉煤灰制备的人造石及方法。一种利用煤矸石、粉煤灰制备的人造石，其特征在于，包括：石英砂粉55‑65份、煤矸石15‑30份、改性粉煤灰25‑40份、加固剂2‑5份、抗氧化剂1‑3份、激发剂2‑4份；所述加固剂由如下步骤制得：步骤S1：将偏高岭土加入反应釜中，低速运转用以搅拌偏高岭土，再加入缓慢加入改性环氧树脂，慢速均匀搅拌不少于6min，再高速搅拌10min，得到混合物；本发明通过对偏高领土进行改性，再将改性后的粉煤灰加入至石英砂粉中可以有效增大人造石的强度，以煤矸石、改性粉煤灰为主要原料，替代部分天然矿石，实现了固体废弃物的资源化利用，同时减少了天然矿石的消耗。
