The invention discloses a pile foundation pore-forming slurry leakage repairing device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a pile opening pile casing, a first guide through groove, a second guide through groove, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod. The side wall of the pile opening pile casing is provided with a vertical first guide through groove. The sling is movably arranged in the first guide through groove in a penetrating manner; the supporting pile casing is arranged below the pile opening pile casing in the same direction and connected to the lower end of the sling, and a gap is formed between the supporting pile casing and the inner wall of the pile hole; the expansion slurry bag is arranged in the gap and is detachably mounted on the supporting pile casing; and the driving mechanism comprises at least two electric rolling wheels, the at least two electric rolling wheels are arranged in the circumferential direction of the supporting pile casing, and the electric rolling wheels are installed at the upper end of the supporting pile casing in a turnover mode and abut against the inner wall of the pile hole in a pressing mode. The problems that in the traditional pile foundation hole forming process, time and labor are wasted, and the cost is high in a slurry leakage and hole collapse treatment method are solved.
