Sheet pile rust removal device and sheet pile treatment system
The embodiment of the invention provides a sheet pile rust removal device and a sheet pile treatment system. The sheet pile rust removal device and the sheet pile treatment system are used for treating sheet pile components. The sheet pile rust removal device comprises a stand column, a beam, a hoisting operation device, a first rust removal mechanism, a second rust removal mechanism, a detection device and a controller. Wherein the stand column is fixed to the ground, the beam is connected to the top of the stand column, the hoisting operation device is connected to the beam and sequentially moves to a hoisting station and a rust removal station relative to the stand column in the preset direction, and the hoisting operation device can hoist a sheet pile component when located at the hoisting station. The first derusting mechanism and the second derusting mechanism are arranged on the two sides of the beam correspondingly, and when the hoisting operation device is located at the derusting station, the first derusting mechanism and the second derusting mechanism are aligned to the two faces, in the thickness direction, of the sheet pile component correspondingly. The detection device is used for detecting the position of the hoisting operation device, and the controller controls the first rust removal mechanism and the second rust removal mechanism to eject a rust removal medium to the sheet pile component when detecting that the hoisting operation device operates to the rust removal station.
