Novel anti-fatigue stud welding ceramic ring
A novel anti-fatigue stud welding ceramic ring relates to the technical field of welding ceramic rings and comprises a ceramic ring body, a plurality of limiting blocks are evenly distributed on the surface of the inner wall of the ceramic ring body around the axis, one end of each limiting block is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the ceramic ring body, and the other end of each limiting block is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the ceramic ring body. The ends, away from the inner wall of the ceramic ring body, of the multiple limiting blocks jointly form a guide combination face, airflow channels allowing harmful gas to pass through are formed between the adjacent limiting blocks, and the guide combination face is used in cooperation with the outer surface of a stud. The lower part of the inner wall of the ceramic ring body is an inclined surface which transits to the outer side, and the lower edges of the inclined surfaces are coplanar. The invention provides a novel anti-fatigue stud welding ceramic ring, and aims to reduce the welding initial defect and stress concentration effect of a formed welding ring by improving the ceramic ring, avoid fatigue cracking of a stud under the action of a reciprocating load and prolong the service life of a steel-concrete composite structure.
一种新型抗疲劳栓钉焊接瓷环,涉及焊接瓷环技术领域,包括瓷环本体,所述的瓷环本体的内壁表面绕轴线均匀分布有多个限位块,所述的限位块的一端与瓷环本体的内壁固定连接,多个限位块远离瓷环本体内壁的一端共同构成导向组合面,相邻的限位块之间形成可供有害气体通过的气流通道,所述的导向组合面与栓钉的外表面配合使用;所述的瓷环本体的内壁下部为向外侧过渡的斜面,所述的斜面的下缘共面。本发明提供了一种新型抗疲劳栓钉焊接瓷环,目的是通过对瓷环的改进,减少成型后焊环的焊接初始缺陷与应力集中效应,避免往复荷载作用下栓钉的疲劳开裂,增加钢—混组合结构的使用寿命。
