The sewage suction and purification vehicle comprises a sewage suction and purification carriage, a crushing and stirring device, a flocculant storage box, a primary filtering device, an activated carbon filter and a drying device, the smashing and stirring device comprises a smashing and stirring box body and a smashing and stirring shaft, a plurality of smashing blades are arranged at one end of the smashing and stirring shaft in the axial direction of the smashing and stirring shaft, and the smashing and stirring shaft is arranged in the smashing and stirring box body in the horizontal direction and rotationally arranged on the smashing and stirring box body; the flocculant storage box is positioned above the crushing and stirring box body and is communicated with the crushing and stirring box body; a filter screen is arranged in the first-stage filter device, the first-stage filter device is divided into an upper sewage area and a lower water storage area by the filter screen, and the first-stage filter device is communicated with the discharging end of the crushing and stirring box body; the activated carbon filter is communicated with the lower water storage area of the primary filtering device; and the drying device is communicated with the sewage area at the upper part of the primary filtering device. According to the sewage treatment device, large-volume solid impurities in sewage can be crushed and are prevented from blocking a pipeline, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种吸污净化车及净化方法，包括吸污净化车厢及粉碎搅拌装置、絮凝剂储存箱、一级过滤装置、活性炭过滤器及烘干装置；粉碎搅拌装置包括粉碎搅拌箱体及粉碎搅拌轴，粉碎搅拌轴一端沿其轴向排列设置多个粉碎叶片，粉碎搅拌轴沿水平方向置于粉碎搅拌箱体内，且转动设置在粉碎搅拌箱体上；絮凝剂储存箱位于粉碎搅拌箱体上方并与其连通；一级过滤装置内部设有滤网，滤网将一级过滤装置分设为上部污物区及下部储水区，一级过滤装置与粉碎搅拌箱体的出料端连通；活性炭过滤器与一级过滤装置的下部储水区连通；烘干装置与一级过滤装置的上部污物区连通。本发明能够将污水中大体积的固体杂物进行粉碎，防止其堵塞管路，提高了工作效率。
