The invention discloses waterproof shotcrete for an underground large-span chamber. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 480 to 500 parts of cement, 753.6 to 785 parts of sand, 811.2 to 845 parts of stone, 172.8 to 180 parts of water, 9.6 to 10 parts of a water reducing agent, 28.8 to 30 parts of an accelerator and 24 to 25 parts of a waterproof agent, the invention further relates to a construction method of the waterproof shotcrete for the underground large-span chamber, which comprises the following steps of: mixing the waterproof shotcrete, loading and transporting the waterproof shotcrete by a concrete tank truck, performing shotcrete operation by adopting a mode of primary shotcrete one-time forming and re-shotcrete layering operation, and finally curing the concrete. The concrete disclosed by the invention has the advantages of small dry shrinkage, high waterproof performance and high durability, and the construction method is matched in engineering, so that the waterproof requirement in the engineering can be met, the construction progress can be accelerated, and the construction cost can be saved.
