The raw materials of the high-viscosity asphalt modifier comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 50-70% of modified thermoplastic elastomer which is carboxylated SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), and the functionality of the carboxylated SBS is 8-14 mol%; 10%-50% of a compatibilizer, wherein the compatibilizer is one or more of vegetable oil, animal oil and rubber operating oil; 15% to 50% of tackifying resin; 1%-5% of an anti-stripping agent; 1%-5% of a leakage analysis inhibitor; the percentage is the mass percentage of each component in the high-viscosity asphalt modifier, and the sum of the mass percentage of each component is 100%. The high-viscosity asphalt modifier disclosed by the invention is relatively good in dispersity in asphalt, and meanwhile, the high-temperature stability, the water stability, the low-temperature cracking resistance, the aging resistance and the like of the modified asphalt can be improved.
