The enhanced organosilicon microcapsule gypsum waterproof emulsion is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of an oil phase solution and 55-120 parts of a water phase solution, wherein the oil phase solution is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of a reaction monomer and 10-30 parts of a waterproof agent core material; the aqueous phase solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of a surfactant and 50-100 parts of deionized water. The preparation method has the characteristics of high conversion rate, convenient synthesis process, economy, environmental protection, stable performance, small addition amount, simple preparation process and the like, the waterproof emulsion is applied to a gypsum product, the softening coefficient of gypsum can reach 0.70 or above under the doping amount of 1.0% by mass, the strength is improved to 10 MPa or above, and the waterproof effect is good. And the application range of the gypsum product is effectively expanded.
