The invention relates to the technical field of edge operation protection in building construction, in particular to an edge operation safety belt tying and hanging device and a using method thereof. An edge operation safety belt tying and hanging device comprises a device body arranged on each floor slab, fixing holes are formed in the multiple floor slabs, and each device body comprises a sleeve installed in the corresponding fixing hole, a cross beam located at the top of the sleeve and a steel wire rope connected with the multiple cross beams from top to bottom. A plurality of connecting parts for tying and hanging safety belts are arranged on the steel wire rope at equal intervals, and the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the cross beam through the connecting parts. The using method of the edge operation safety belt tying and hanging device is characterized by comprising the steps that S1, preparation is conducted; s2, fixing is conducted; and S3, operation. The safety belt fixing device is simple in structure and convenient to install, effectively solves the problem that the safety belt has no fixed point location in the edge action environment, ensures the personal safety of construction workers, can be repeatedly used, and effectively saves the construction cost.
