The system further comprises a mobile phone terminal, and a mobile communication module is arranged in the controller. The mobile communication module of the controller is in signal connection with the mobile phone terminal through the mobile internet; the lifting rod assembly comprises a fixed cylinder buried under the ground, a telescopic rod connected with the fixed cylinder in a sliding mode and a driving device used for driving the telescopic rod to ascend and descend.
