Pavement rut fine measurement method based on structured light
The invention provides a pavement rut fine measurement method based on structured light, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out denoising, slope removal and two-dimensional rasterization processing on acquired pavement point cloud data, and then mapping various characteristics of the point cloud data in the rasterization into a grayscale image; and finally, realizing track identification and fine measurement based on an image identification and multi-feature fusion method. The vehicle-mounted structured light acquisition equipment is adopted for point cloud data acquisition, so that the measurement of the road surface rut degree at the dynamic traffic flow speed can be supported, and quicker and finer rut detection and finer evaluation are realized. Meanwhile, finer road damage conditions are provided for road maintenance departments, and a basis is provided for maintenance fund distribution and measure selection. In addition, due to the fact that the point cloud data is processed through two-dimensional rasterization, the calculation amount of point cloud data processing and dependence on manpower or a high-precision instrument are greatly reduced, and the method has important significance on large-scale high-frequency digital detection of the pavement performance.
本发明提供一种基于结构光的路面车辙精细化测量方法,首先对采集的路面点云数据进行去噪、去坡度和二维栅格化处理,然后将栅格化内的点云数据的各类特征映射为灰度图像,最后基于图像识别和多特征融合的方法实现车辙的识别与精细测量。由于采用了车载结构光采集设备进行点云数据采集,因此能够支持动态车流速度下路面车辙程度的测量,实现更为快速、精细的车辙检测与精细评价。同时,也为道路养护部门提供更加精细的道路损伤情况,为养护资金分配和措施选择提供依据。还由于采用二维栅格化处理点云数据,因此极大地降低了点云数据处理的计算量以及对人工或高精度仪器的依赖,对大规模路面性能高频数字化检测具有重要意义。
