Carrying out in-situ deep purification treatment on the wet-process phosphoric acid byproduct phosphogypsum through re-pulping recrystallization; the phosphogypsum subjected to in-situ deep purification treatment is directly conveyed to a gypsum pneumatic drying process, and free water is rapidly removed in a direct contact manner by taking natural gas as a heat source and utilizing a hammer type drying device; the dried hot material is conveyed to a shell-and-tube steam-solid dehydrator for dehydration, hot air heated by sulfuric acid waste heat in a tube pass indirectly exchanges heat with ardealite in a shell pass, and 1.5 crystal water in the ardealite is uniformly removed; gypsum obtained through dehydration enters a cooler, solid obtained after cooling is ground and then enters a gypsum decomposition procedure, and high-quality stable phosphorus building gypsum is prepared through recycling and sieving without aging treatment.
