The invention provides a construction device for a large-span variable-cross-section hyperbolic steel-concrete combined bridge. The construction device comprises a sliding support; the sliding shoe assemblies are arranged at the bottom of the box girder; the sliding shoe assembly is connected with the sliding support in a sliding mode. The plurality of leveling mechanisms are used for segmented leveling of the box girder; and the beam falling mechanisms are used for overall beam falling of the box beam. The invention further discloses a construction method of the large-span variable-cross-section hyperbolic steel-concrete combined bridge construction device. The overall operation construction is simple, line production can be formed, echelon type synchronous sliding of multiple beam sections can be achieved, the beam section assembling and welding time in the accumulative sliding process is saved, the construction period can be greatly shortened, and the working efficiency and economic benefits are improved.
