Slope reinforcing device and method based on microbial mineralization
The invention discloses a side slope reinforcing device and method based on microbial mineralization. The device comprises a slurry storage system, a self-adaptive grouting system and a dynamic monitoring system. The device is mounted on a slope to be reinforced; the MICP grouting liquid storage pool is connected with the grouting pipe through the grouting pump and the grouting pipeline in sequence, and the function of reinforcing slope soil through MICP grouting is achieved. According to the device, a microbial grouting reinforcement technology is adopted, the problem of environmental pollution caused by grouting is greatly relieved, the viscosity of MICP slurry is small, the reinforcement diffusion range is wider under low pressure, and disturbance to stratums is small. Reinforced soil data are fed back to a computer system in real time by adopting a pressure sensor and a bending element, and a computer corrects and adjusts the MICP grouting speed and pressure according to the feedback data, so that the economic benefit is maximized, and after soil parameter data reaches a preset value, soil reinforcement is completed, and then equipment is dismantled for recycling.
