The mass concrete construction curing system comprises a concrete layer, a cooling water pipe is installed in the concrete layer, and the cooling pipe is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet in the concrete layer; the cooling mechanism comprises a fixed shell, a compressor is installed in the fixed shell, the compressor comprises a high-pressure port, a low-pressure port and an air adding port, an evaporator is installed at the low-pressure port of the compressor, a condenser, a filter, a pipe frame piece and the evaporator are sequentially installed, the evaporator is installed in the movable water tank, and a high-pressure copper pipe is installed at the other end of the evaporator; and the other end of the high-pressure copper pipe is connected with a high-pressure copper pipe of the compressor. The technical problems that the internal temperature of the concrete layer is high, water circulation internal cooling is uneven, a cooling maintenance system with independent water circulation needs to be provided, and a water storage pond needs to be dug for continuously cooling the concrete layer are solved.
本发明公开了一种大体积混凝土施工养护系统及其施工方法，包括混凝土层，混凝土层内安装有冷却水管，冷却管在混凝土层上分别设置有进水口和出水口；冷却机构，冷却机构包括固定壳，固定壳内安装有压缩机，压缩机包括高压端口、低压端口和加气口，压缩机的低压端口安装有蒸发器，后依次安装冷凝器、过滤器、管架件和蒸发器，蒸发器安装在移动水箱内，蒸发器的另一端安装有高压铜管，高压铜管的另一端与压缩机的高压铜管相连接。本发明解决了混凝土层的内部温度较高，水循环内部降温不均匀，需要提供单独水循环的冷却养护系统，其中需要挖设储水池，来持续对混凝土层降温的技术问题。
